RRSA has several develpoment opportunities for players, coaches and referees. Some are free and others cost a minimal fee.
- SKILLBUILDERS PLUS (Formerly known as ACADEMY)allows players U9 - U10 to learn and practice soccer skills with professional trainers from Crossfire, our Select Soccer program. The cost for the Academy is $50.00 per season.
- SkillBuilders adds some fun and teaches some basic skills for the U5-U8 players. RRSA normally sponsors one or two seesions each season.
